Refund policy
For all Paper Source retail locations and papersource.com (collectively, “Paper Source”), a full refund for the original purchase price, including any applicable taxes, will be issued for returns of new and unread/unopened merchandise made within 30 days of purchase with a store sales receipt or papersource.com packing slip.
To make a return, the below qualifications must be met:
- Eligible refunds will generally be made to your original form of tender. For purchases made with a credit card, debit card or mobile payment, the original form of payment must be present at the time of return to receive a refund. Store credit in the form of an electronic gift card will be issued if the original form of payment is not available or if the original tender is PayPal.
- For returns with a gift receipt, a store credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card for the purchase price within 60 days of purchase.
- Shrink wrapped or sealed product that has been opened and/or removed from original packaging may not be returned, unless it is defective, in which case it can be exchanged only for the same product.
- Products purchased from other retailers or sellers are returnable only to the retailer or seller from which they were purchased pursuant to such retailer’s or seller’s return policy.
- Items purchased as part of a Buy X, Get Y Free offer are available for exchange only, unless all items purchased as part of the offer are returned, in which case such items are available for a refund (within 30 days). Exchanges of the items sold at no cost are available only for items of equal or lesser value than the original cost of such item.
- Balloon orders, custom orders, food items, workshops and shipping fees are not returnable or exchangeable. Online flat paper sheets, including fine paper and 26x19 or larger solid paper, are also not returnable or exchangeable.
- Returns or exchanges will not be permitted after 30 days or without receipt or for product not carried by Paper Source.
- Paper Source reserves the right to amend these terms at any time in its sole discretion.
There are two options for returning items purchased on papersource.com:
1) Bring Your Return to a Paper Source Store
You can bring the item(s) and your packing slip, order confirmation email, or billing summary email to any Paper Source store with your original form of payment. See store locations for the store nearest you.
2) Ship Your Return Back to Us
You can ship the item(s) to the Returns Department. The packing slip in your shipment has specific instruction for returns. We provide a pre-printed return label with our Returns Department Address.
Some shipments may not come with a packing slip. If your packing slip is unavailable, please print out the shipping confirmation email you received after the item(s) shipped. Include that printout in the box and write your order number on the outside of the box. Without a packing slip or shipping confirmation printout, we cannot process the return, and you will not receive your refund.
If you are sending us a return because you were not sent the item(s) you ordered, indicate on the packing slip/shipping confirmation the item(s) that you were supposed to receive so the warehouse knows how to process the return.
